Quick Reference Guide to CC&R’s (Restrictive Covenants & Conditions)

Each lot shall be used exclusively for residential or recreational purposes. NO commercial
activity is permitted.

• Small Boats (CC&R #16) are allowed BUT all boat and other trailers must be parked
   behind the front line of the home. (CC&R #15J)
• RV’s, motor homes and campers are NOT allowed. (CC&R#15K)
• Waterfront properties may add, repair or replace a dock BUT Board of Governor
   approval must first be obtained. (CC&R#10)
• The elevation of any given lot or land area shall not be changed without first obtaining
   Board of Governor approval (CC&R#12)
• Fences are allowed BUT must obtain Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval.

• ARC Guidelines list exterior improvement items that need approval. Refer to Website.
• New construction must be stick built and obtain ARC approval. (CC&R#3)
• NO strip-down or junk motor vehicle. (CC&R#15D)
• NO offensive or illegal activity. (CC&R#15E)
• NO advertising signs. (CC&R#15F)
• NO outside storage of vehicles exceeding ¾ ton capacity, truck tractors or trailers,
     school buses, tow trucks, construction equipment or farm equipment. (CC&R#15I)
