Architectural Forms and Procedures

These are the forms you must fill out if you are either constructing a new building or modifying your existing property. These forms are fillable so simply download the file and start filling them in. Once you have forms filled out save it with your name:

After you have saved the form(s), email to the ARC committee for approval.
